If a candle isn't right for you, we'd rather fix it than keep your money.
Three simple steps
Whatsapp us at +92-303-0828295 within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a line about what went wrong.
We'll reply with a return address the same working day. Pack the item in its original box — unused and unburned, please.
Once it reaches us we inspect and refund within 5 working days, to your original payment method. Swaps ship free.
Returns in detail
Any unopened, unburned candle, body oil or accessory in its original packaging, within 14 days of delivery. We can't accept a candle that has been lit — for hygiene reasons, once the wax has pooled it's yours.
We're sorry. Send a photo to hello@elamore.pk within 48 hours of delivery and we'll ship a replacement free — no return needed.
As soon as you receive the parcel, place it as is in the fridge or freezer for 20-30 minutes to let it set.
If the fault is ours — damaged, wrong item, faulty wick — we cover it. For a change of mind, return postage is yours; the refund itself is in full.
Sale items can be exchanged but not refunded. Gift sets must come back complete — all pieces, in the original box.
