Shipping questions
Orders placed before 3pm on a working day are packed the same day and handed to the courier the next morning. Orders placed on Sunday or a public holiday are dispatched the following working day.
You'll receive an email with a tracking number as soon as the parcel leaves us. If it hasn't arrived within 24 hours of dispatch, check your spam folder or write to hello@elamore.pk.
Each vessel is wrapped in recycled tissue and cushioned in a rigid box. Glass breakages are rare — but if your candle arrives damaged, photograph it and we'll replace it free.
Not yet. We deliver within Pakistan only while we work through cosmetic-shipping rules abroad.
The courier attempts delivery twice, then holds the parcel at the nearest depot for five days. After that it returns to us and we'll contact you to arrange a re-send.
