TERMS & CONDITIONS Maison De El'amore — Last updated: August 2026
1. General By purchasing from Maison De El'amore, you agree to these terms. Our products are intended for personal use only and are not for resale without written permission.
2. Product Use & Safety
- Always burn candles within sight and keep away from children, pets, and flammable materials
- Never leave a burning candle unattended
- Keep wick trimmed to 5mm before each use
- Do not burn for more than 4 hours at a time
- Allow wax to cool completely before pouring massage oil onto skin
- Test warm oil on a small area of skin before full application
- Discontinue use if irritation occurs
3. Ingredients & Allergens Our candles contain almond oil, shea butter, soy wax, and essential oils. If you have known nut allergies or sensitive skin, please consult a healthcare professional before use. Full ingredient lists are available on request.
4. Orders & Payments
- All prices are in PKR and inclusive of applicable taxes
- Orders are confirmed upon successful payment
- We reserve the right to cancel orders in cases of pricing errors or stock unavailability
5. Shipping & Delivery
- Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary
- Maison De El'amore is not liable for delays caused by courier services
- Risk of loss passes to the customer upon dispatch
6. Returns & Refunds
- Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on opened or used items
- Damaged or defective items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days
7. Intellectual Property All content, imagery, branding, and product designs are the exclusive property of Maison De El'amore and may not be reproduced without written consent.
8. Limitation of Liability Maison De El'amore shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
9. Privacy Your personal data is collected solely for order processing and communication purposes and will never be sold to third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
10. Governing Law Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Pakistani courts.
